Sports Rehab UK have already completed an injury risk screening in a bid to identify any potential weaknesses in collaboration with Tim Lawrenson (our Strength and Conditioning Lead – more to follow on Tim :) ) to help Phil stay injury free in this huge run. Allan Munro and the team at Sports Rehab UK will be providing continued support throughout Phil’s training to ensure he’s ready for the 552.4 miles ahead of him!!

In November 2012 Phil unveils that he his planning his new challenge – the Irish man decides to take on England!
The initial planning then started in the 5 Lamps over a pint of Guinness, it only seemed right given Phil would have to give up all forms of alcohol in the New Year to get in tip top shape for the run!
